wapakoneta, ohio 锟?ryan ciminelli captured his 10th career pba regional title when he won the pba moon city central classic, held at astro bowl in wapakoneta, ohio.
ciminelli, cheektowaga, ny, defeated e.j tackett, huntington, in, by just one pin in the title match to earn the victory, with his 228-227 final match win earning him the $3,000 top prize in the event.
ciminelli had qualified second for the stepladder final and waited as j.r. raymond, bay city, mi, defeated brandon korczykowski of east amherst, ny, 247-218 in the opening match of the finals. ciminelli then was near perfect in defeating raymond, 299-216 in the second match.
tackett earned $1,800 for second place in the event, while raymond earned $1,400 for third and korczykowski earned $1,000 for fourth.
